Storage & Preparation

Microwave from frozen
Instructions: Instructions: Remove outer packaging and pierce film in several places. Place on a non-metallic plate. Cook for 12 minutes (700W) / 9 minutes (900W).After cooking, check the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Oven cook
Instructions: Instructions: For best results oven bake. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Add 2 tbsp of water to the edge of the pack. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. After cooking, check the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
