Cooking Instructions
Microwave from frozen Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. Add 2 tbsp of water to the edge of the tray. Cook for 11 minutes (700W) / 9 minutes (900W). After cooking, check the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Oven cook For best results oven bake. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Add 2 tbsp of water to the edge of the pack. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. After cooking, check the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Cooking Instructions Check the food is piping hot before serving. After cooking, leave the tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Do not reheat.
