Cooking Instructions

Microwave from frozen For best results microwave. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a non-metallic plate. Cook for 6 minutes (700W) / 5 minutes (900W). Peel back film lid and add 2 tbsp of water to the rice, stir both sides separately, and re-cover. Cook for a further 5 minutes (700W) / 3 minutes (900W). After cooking, check the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Oven cook Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Peel back film lid. Add 2 tbsp of water to the rice, stir both sides separately, and re-cover. Cook for a further 20 minutes. After cooking, check the food is piping hot.Allow to stand for 1 minute. Cooking Instructions Cook from frozen. Check the food is piping hot before serving.
