3-Way Healthy Juice

We've been making these three juices on rotation for ages now and honestly they never get old. Whether you need a morning kick, a green boost, or something to help your body feel looked after, this one recipe has you covered three ways. The green juice is fresh and zingy, the inflammatory blend is warming and punchy, and together they just make you feel good from the inside out. Ten minutes, a juicer, and you're sorted. Make all three and do a little tasting session, trust us it's a great way to start the day.

Before You Start

  • Juicer

Ingredients

  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • Big handful of spinach
  • 1 lime
  • 1 large pineapple
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 carrot
  • fresh ginger
  • 2 beetroot
  • 3 red apples
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 300g raspberries

Method

Chop all your ingredients

  • Get your chopping board and slice up all your ingredients into chunks small enough to fit in the juicer.

For the green juice

  • Pop all your Green juice ingredients into the juicer and turn it on.
  • Blend until perfectly smooth.

For the inflammatory juice

  • Pop all your Inflammatory juice ingredients into the juicer and turn it on.
  • Blend until perfectly smooth.

For the antioxidant juice

  • Pop all your Antioxidant juice ingredients into the juicer and turn it on.
  • Blend until perfectly smooth.

Tips & Variations

  • Prep ahead: Chop all your ingredients the night before and store them in an airtight container in the fridge. Morning juicing becomes so much easier when the hard work is already done.
  • Clean your juicer fast: Rinse the juicer parts immediately after each blend before the pulp dries out. It saves a lot of scrubbing later and we learned this the hard way.
  • Use the pulp: Don't throw away the leftover pulp from your green juice. It's great stirred into soups, mixed into veggie burgers, or even added to a compost bin if you're doing that sort of thing.

Why This Works

The trick with juicing is getting your chop right before anything goes in the machine, smaller pieces mean smoother juice and less strain on your juicer. What really makes the inflammatory juice sing is letting those anti-inflammatory ingredients do their thing together, the combination of warming spices and bright produce is genuinely brilliant. We find having all three versions lined up feels like a proper treat, like you've made yourself a little juice bar at home.
