You love pizza. You love nachos. So why not do yourself a favour and combine the two for the ultimate movie night vegan snack of joy! Seems rude not to. Get creative with different toppings, the sky's the limit. This is a seriously delicious and easy vegan snack, which would also be a great vegan finger food idea for your next party!

Ingredients

For the recipe

  • 3 tbsp plant-based butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 4 tortillas - cut into triangles
  • 120ml pizza sauce
  • ½ block of plant-based cheese
  • mushrooms sliced
  • olives
  • fresh basil

Before you start

Preheat oven to 200℃ | Large mixing bowl | Baking tray | Oven-friendly pan

Step 1

For the tortillas

  • Cut your tortillas into triangle shapes to replicate nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas - cut into triangles

Step 2

Season the tortillas

  • Add the melted dairy-free butter, garlic powder, Italian herbs and chilli flakes to a large mixing bowl
  • Mix together before adding the cut up tortillas
  • Mix well so each nacho is well covered
  • Add the nachos to a baking tray and grill for 10 minutes or until golden brown

  • 3 tbsp plant-based butter melted

  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Step 3

Make the pizza

  • Add the cooked nachos to an oven friendly pan, spreading them evenly
  • Add your pizza sauce, vegan cheese and toppings. You can use our suggested toppings or create your own
  • Put back in the oven to grill for 10 minutes or until the vegan cheese has melted
  • Serve immediately
