To celebrate the launch of the BOSH Cookbook we ran the UK's first ever single publication festival! It was a mega-book launch party with food, drinks, cookalongs, music and more!

This was the first ever vegan festival to be held in prestigious food venue Borough Market, London, and it was amazing! 

We were lucky enough to be joined by 800 people. From mega-BOSH! fans to vegan influencers, the crowd was filled with fun, energy and delicious food.

Henry and Ian cooked some delights from the BOSH! cookbook for all to watch, first the Ultimate Chilli and Ultimate Nachos, followed by the Cauliflower Buffalo Wings with Ranch dressing. 

Delicious food was provided by Club Mexicana, Young Vegans, Spicebox with drinks from LemonAid and Redchurch Brewery.
