"Perfect" is a wildly overused term, so please believe us when we tell you sincerely that this is the perfect porridge recipe. Big claim? You betcha. It takes no time at all and tastes phenomenal. Porridge provides lots of fibre, slow-releasing carbs and is rich in minerals including copper, iron and manganese. It's even been proven to prevent blood sugar spikes because of the low glycemic index of oats. Which is all excellent news.
